"My children & I walked in after coming from another Store which we bought three items. We proceeded to look around I myself was texting while looking we didn’t see anything we wanted so we proceeded to walk out, My older daughter that was holding the bags walked out first while myself and two other children of mine were walking towards the door,(Maira) and another lady walked up beside me my daughter turns around and allowed Maira check the bags which had no items from Kohesion in it!! Mind you myself nor my other two children haven’t walked through the door yet, Maira turns around and says to me(LET ME CHECK YOUR PURSE!!) I stated for what I didnt walk out the store nor did I pick up anything she states again (LET ME CHECK YOUR PURSE!!) I stated again No! My daughter walked out again and the alarm went off again my daughter checked her bag and noticed that the store Windsor forgot to take the sensor off. She showed Maira why it was going off, Maira says GET OUT NOW! I told her I would which we all did. Then Maira took the garbage out and as we were getting on the escalator she (ROLLED HER EYES & SAID WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT !!) then walked into the store and locked the door. MY younger daughter is Autistic and Maira! Behavior gave her SO MUCH ANXIETY! She told me she never wants to go back to Woodbridge Mall because she thinks Maira wants too harm me. Maira Behavior was Unacceptable!! & Very Unprofessional! Then Maira says too me she can not provide Corporate number nor will she give me the email address to the higher Authority.. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY DONT CARE ANYWAYS! I CANT BELIEVE SHE TRIED TO SEARCH MY PURSE! And WITHOUT A WARRANT STRAIGHT LAWSUIT!"

"Worst experience do not go ! You cannot try on clothes and then they tell you it’s ok to buy and I could return an item just a week ago I come back and a worker who is not the manager lies says she is and denies my return . In my receipt it states I have 2 weeks ! Lady lies when she seeks the 2weeks and says it’s under a no exchange . Super rude and I would never return not professional at all"

"Their refund policy is ridiculous. No returns only 2 days to exchange or get store credit . I took a dress to try it on at home bc their fitting room isn’t open, brought it back after only 4 days with the tag and receipt but they didn’t want to exchange. Seriously so inconvenient a waste of money and my time"

"This is the worst store in the whole mall! What store doesn’t give ppl a refund for mediocre clothing with cheap material? Also, they don’t work to satisfy their customers because I would not be as disappointed as I was. This store is very low end and it’s not worth hard earned money."

"This store is one of the worst store with one of the worst store policy. I bought 2 tops and went back there to return the other one and to have my money put back on my card, then I came to the understanding that they do not refund, if I had seen their sign, I would have never bought what I had bought in there, they need to change that policy, what if the customers do not want anything else or do not see anything else that they like and would rather their refund back. I see this as stealing from the customers, and due to the fact that I was explaining to the cashier and one of her colleagues that their policy need to be and that they need to speak with their manager, they were very aggressive and unprofessional to ward me, the way how they were acting that's the same way the store looks, unprofessional. I advice anyone who chooses to shop in that store, as soon as you get up to that cashier's desk, ask them about their return policy before u make your purchase, or your money will be going down the drain."
