"This was my first and last visit to this local business. I decided to give them a try and ordered a meatball sandwich, but ended up receiving the wrong order – a cheeseburger. To make matters worse, the burger was prepared in a very unappetizing way using a series of microwaves. When I asked the person at the counter if they used a microwave, he denied it. However, I was the only customer there, and I could hear the sound of the microwave coming from the back, which raised a lot of questions. The burger smelled and looked microwaved, and I wish the owner had been more transparent about their preparation methods."
