"Grossly understaffed. If this location can not handle the walk-in crowd, they need to shut mobile orders down. Staff at this location spoke inappropriately and rudely to a senior citizen who just wanted to know where their order was since they waited a 30-minute period, and I would avoid this location at all cost. This location really needs to re-evaluate their service. Rude management and under trained staff."
