"I go at this location ones a while. Great staff very busy place. My last visits I had an issue with Eddy he said he was a manager. He assumed I’m someone who always has a issue with the app, in very rude manner. I told him that it must be a mistake because I come very rare here and asked to apologize. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I was there with my daughter. When I offered paying cash he said ok and turned his back!! No apology like I owned him something. Never going there again. I don’t have to spend my money at the place where they don’t respect a costumer."

"Very eclectic. Loving the vibe. Great customer service and clean. Was in the neighborhood to canvas handing out flyers for MH cycle of support for you in September and we popped in to get our day started. We had spinach wrap and it was hot, fresh like it was baked in my kitchen. Mine came with hot cafe latte and just hot cup of pike black. We enjoyed our meal which fueled us for our day. Stop in you won't be disappointed."

"I teach a block away from this store and have now been there twice. Yesterday i went in to get a cappuccino sometime around 11am. The staff seemed far more engaged with one another than with customers and I had to ask for someone to help me, which did not happen right away. It wasn’t particularly crowded and I’ve only know this company to be very efficient. The coffee was fine, when I finally got it, but the service was extremely unprofessional and some were even rude. Your coffee is good although somewhat expensive so, at the very least, your staff should care that customers matter and that didn’t seem at all important to your young people working there."

"This Starbucks is very convenient in this area and I’m glad we have one. The reason why I’m giving two stars is because for some reason there’s always something wrong with my drink… and today I draw the line. I got a iced matcha latte and it was disgusting, I didn’t go back because I didn’t drink it until I got home. I literally wanted to spit the drink out. I had to dump some out to add my own milk and fix the drink. I just paid $7 for my drink to go home and basically fix my own drink. I know it seems like a crazy complaint but I PAID for my drink. As a customer I’m expecting my drink to be made correctly. I inserted a picture to show how much I poured out and all of that was so mushy, I never write reviews but this is honestly unacceptable…"
