"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service in your Linden location ! I’ve been renting a washer and dryer set for about 2 years ! Have never given any issues paying my weekly obligation !!! 2 weeks ago I had to get a new debit card due to fraud. Missed ONE week payment of $32.00 !! Your store fiancé manager VLAD not only was unbelievably disrespectful the first time he called me! He thought it was OK to speak to not only a paying customer but a young woman like he did ! Trying to intimidate me like the tough guy he thinks he is ! I owe less that $90 on my contract with 5 payments remaining ! And the harassment over $32.00 is insane!! After speaking to the store manager JOSE, before going directly to corporate. Absolutely nothing was rectified! I am baffled as to how these “grown, professional men” think it is ok to speak to people the way they do! My job entails me to deal with patients who owe THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars more than thing your store rents out to people. And I wouldn’t think twice about ever being that disrespectful ! I hope they feel proud of how they treated a single mother who has had nothing but a good financial standing with you since I became a customer ! Please stop making me offers on other products in your store!!! I would never open another account with you people again !"
