"My family and I are regular customers at this bubble tea shop. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, our 4-year-old son accidentally dropped his tea outside the store and started to cry. My wife went inside to purchase a new one, and the employee kindly offered to replace it for free. However, the manager suddenly appeared and rudely refused the offer, claiming that they couldn't do it since the spillage didn't happen inside the store. We were planning to pay for the replacement, but the manager's behavior was extremely disappointing. As a result, we feel like we may have to consider buying our bubble tea elsewhere from now on. Anyways over priced."
"I got the new sparkling lychee drink at this location and I really enjoyed it! The location was nice and the service was pretty fast. The customer service was good and the drink was was really good! I was hesitant at first but the cashier walked me through the different flavors of the sparkling drinks and I'm glad I got it."
"I got the black milk tea with Carmel. Absolutely delicious. I like things sweet so I got it a little extra sweet. I can't wait to go back and try more flavours. A little pricey though. But if you're in the area worth the stop."
"Really excited GC opened near my home. They have a BOGO promo going on for the Grand Opening. The store is small, no space to sit really, but good enough to order your drinks to go. There are outdoor areas to sit and enjoy. The drinks are usual Gong Cha quality, with option to set ice and sugar levels per your preference. Bubbles are soft and chewy."
