"What an unexpected pleasure Zuppa was. Made a sojourn up to Yonkers to visit the excellent Philipse Manor House State Park/Museum and my wife had researched places to eat. The food was fresh, delicious and the portions generous compared to NYC. The calamari was the best I've had anywhere in a long time (clearly fresh, the batter crisp, excellent sauce). My daughter enjoyed her margherita pizza and my wife her pasta. Our server was terrific and attentive."

"I can't say anything negative about Zuppas. It was my first time there and I attended a family party during the day. We had the entire room. Appetizers, Main Dishes, everything was good... including the martini I ordered from the bar. Entire staff, from the owner to the servers were all very nice and gave excellent service."

"Zuppa is a very nice, cozy, neat and clean place. We definitely enjoyed our time here. The service was quick and we had a very nice waiter. We had mussels, pizza, gnocchi and some desserts. The food was just ok. I would not say that it was the best Italian food I had which is why I think the food deserves 4 star while service and atmosphere is 5 star. In terms of price range, it is relatively less expensive than a Manhattan restaurant."
