"This Dunkin is in my local community. However it is really terrible. I have ordered coffee, ordered donuts and food from them. They have disappointed me each time. Never returning and I don’t think anyone else should continue to support them. They don’t get orders right. They literally served me a croissant with only bacon when I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. They serve stale donuts and sometimes they barely even have any donuts! The coffee is also disgusting! They need to hire new baristas."

"Worst Dunkin' in the area. I keep coming back because it's the closest to my house, hoping it's going to be better but it never is. I could deal with the slow service, it's the fact they're rude and they can't mix the drinks properly. My iced cappuccino was 50% foam and had no ice in it at all. It is almost as white as milk, too. Almost $6 for this. The guy in front of me asked for a tray for his 4 drinks, they told him they had none left. He points right behind the employee to a huge stack of them. They literally don't give an F. Just close already."

"I can’t wait for the one in Bergenfield to reopen. This place is the worst in the morning. Today will probably the last time I will ever go there in the morning. I do mobile orders so my stuff would be ready before I get there, but the last 5 times, it takes a while before my order is ready. This morning was the worst. I waited over 15 minutes t for my order, all while 3 customers who ordered their stuff in the store walked out with their stuff. Bad service."
