"Our party of 5 went to this place to celebrate the completion of our midterms. From the moment we walked in, we were not greeted warmly. We still stayed because a lot of our classmates were there and thought it would be a nice night. The waitress seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people in the bar that night, but being overwhelmed does not give anyone the right to be rude to the patrons that come into this establishment. At the end of the night we get our bill and see that we were charged 20% gratuity. Per the waitress this is automatically put in for a group of 6. As stated we were a group of 5. All of us had no issue with the amount we paid as we would have given tip regardless. HOWEVER we were not a party of 6 and when we brought that up to the waitress it was not received well. She asked us if we wanted our money back. We never asked for our money back we only wanted clarification on why she rang us up as a party of six when there were never more than 5. It was also extremely noisy in the bar as most bars are, but when two of the people in our group started singing a song that was playing in the bar, the bartender told them to keep it down. It was a full bar. It was very noisy, but you singled out two people. This wasn’t even the first time we experienced bad service at this bar but it is definitely going to be the last time. The waitress asked one of our classmates to give a heads up the next time he plans on coming to the bar so that they are more prepared. You never know when it will get busy. We walked in at 7pm and you guys close at 11pm. Not scheduling enough staff to account for 4 more hours of operation is inefficient."

"A cute pub vibe with American bar food. Although atmosphere is good, the music they played didn't jam with the decor. The food is ok, nothing great not bad. Service is alright but the waitress didn't hear our order properly and then was rude about it too."

"Amazing cozy place. I had a friend recommend here, but had never tried it. Absolutely amazing. Cozy, just the right lighting. Food was amazing. I have a dairy allergy so was concerned on finding something. Broccoli Romana was perfectly paired with a Mango Cosmo. Great evening and dining experience."
