Reviews of Leo's Pizza
"Easily the most average pizza you could ever have. And I put it that way to say that you’re in NYC and can find a better spot by walking 5 blocks in any direction and eat better pizza. You can always tell a pizza shop based on their cheese slice and their slice is a 4/10 at best. A bit bland and tasteless. Crust leaves much to be desired and it’s very floppy. Sauce and cheese has very little flavour, regardless of if it’s fresh or rebaked. My true test of a good slice is how it tastes cold and this was a 2/10 cold. Absolutely not worth getting a slice or a pie unless you’re desperate for something to eat. Actual store/eating area is a bit meh. Nothing to write about. It’s a standard shop with a decent amount of seats if you want to eat in."
"i dont order fom place that stare at me at the same time im looking at the pizza so i walked in and never even looked yet his face said it all bad attitude and when i asked for prices a calzone was $9 slice with spinach was 5.50 and its wasnt even huge i have issues with public abuse it makes me feel trapped so i walked out"
"We missed our train and had a long wait so we stopped in. Pepperoni bites could have used a bit more cheese, but other than that, not bad."
"tried a slice of pizza from leo’s and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The crust was too thick and doughy, and the sauce was overly salty and lacked flavor. The cheese was also greasy and didn't taste particularly fresh. The slice was also quite small for the price, which was disappointing. The atmosphere in the shop was uninviting and lacked character, and the service was slow and uninterested. Overall, I wouldn't recommend leo’s for pizza - there are much better options in the area."
"Pretty decent pizza for the area. An absolute step up from dollar pizza though the price could definitely be a bit lower compared to nearby pizza. Still good amount of cheese and sauce. But my first choice would the plain and not go crazy on the specialty unless you already tried a specialty and liked it. Specialty seems to be a good or alright scenario"
