Domino's Pizza 2553 Steinway Street, Queens, NY 11103

"This Domino's has literally never failed me. 1) always get pickup, 2) it's either a cheese, pepperoni, or Hawaiian pizza 3) it's always with that coupon that gets me a large pizza for $7.99 Not sure how/why so many issues with this Domino's for other people but seems like the common thread is delivery. Also, if you are ordering delivery, yes you must pay delivery fee and tip. Otherwise, go get it yourself! That's what I do and I'm a happy camper every time."

"It’s always something with this Dominos. I ordered food through the app and chose the option of CONTACTLESS DELIVERY as well as added instructions for the delivery person to leave at my door because I am sick. Then, I checked the status of my order and it was marked “completed”, I didn’t find my order outside my door and I even went outside my building to check and nothing was delivered. I called the store and they told me that “sometimes the system does that” and to wait another 5 minutes to get my order. I waited 10 minutes and the delivery guy called me asking me to come OUTSIDE. I didn’t want to deal with that anymore and thankfully my husband got back from work early so he was able to pick it up for me. I’m very dissatisfied with this store and their customer service. 1. The order shouldn’t have been marked as “completed” by the driver. 2. The driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. 3. Portions of the food were very little. 4. The pasta is missing ingredients I paid for."

"My daughter had a taste for Domino's. I didn't, but you know how it is, the little one wanted this pizza, so we ordered. Big mistake. The pizza had a funny taste, and the chicken was not fully cooked. We ordered 2 large pies, two 16 piece wings and 3 lava chocolate cakes. We ate less than a pie and threw the rest away. After my family ate 4 wings we had to put them in the oven for additional cooking time. Don't waste your money like us. We paid over $100 for the order. Domino's on Steinway should be closed down. Gross tasting food. Never ordering Domino's again. I will stick with Rosa's Pizza on 21st Street."

"This store is an absolute nightmare. They take forever on delivery, 40+ minutes late and the delivery driver doesn’t cone into the building. My buffalo chicken pizza was crushed and we had to scrape it off the box. On top of that it didn’t have buffalo sauce. They also forgot sauces that were added to the order. When trying to resolve the issue the store workers don’t answer the phone and let it ring constantly. Would give this lower than 1 star if I could."
