"Customer service is horrible. They got my order wrong then blaming me for it. the manager was rude and the pizza made me felt sick, pls dont order from this store smfh."

"The food was phenomenal actually. The soda perfectly cold. The shout out goes to the delivery time/person. We got our food QUICK under 30 min. We were definitely surprised!!"

"HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Unacceptable delivery driver with awful attitude. I've received many orders from same location. First time being treated rudely. Driver claimed to have left order on bench. I provided my door entry code twice! Papa John's and other delivery drivers ALWAYS enter my building and leave food on bench. This driver claimed to not be able to do that. I am not sure what bench,driver left food on but it appears to be outside. I called driver,he lied to me and was rude. Hung up on me. I called restaurant and whoever answered,was nasty to me,yelled,I told him to lower his tone,said multiple times he doesn't care in a threatening manner. I have not received my food,I am a Diabetic,it has been an awful experience and I will never order from this location again. I've called the location many times and games are being played with me. If you want to abuse customers,you shouldn't work for Papa John's."
