"We’ve been going here for years but the quality has really declined. We usually take out around once a week from here. Last few times have been mediocre but today the rolls weee just inedible. Called for the first time to complain and they said unless we drive 25 minutes to show them the food, they can’t refund our meal. I would understand if we were a one and done but they know us to be regulars and we’ve never called to complain before, even when we should have, as we assumed it was just a bad day. But this time the quality of the fish was just too poor and it’s worrisome that they would even serve this. The fish didn’t taste fresh; was slimy and sinewy and of the seven rolls we ended up eating only 1 between the 4 of us. Think we will be looking elsewhere based on their response."
