"Very disappointed. My husband order 2 identical sandwiches on rolls (not heros)...turkey, roast beef, lettuce, tomato o&v. We were charged for the hero upgrade and the addition of the second meat. The person who took the order never mentioned that there would be additional charges. The sandwiches based on the menu should have cost $8.99 each, we were charged almost $30 for the order."
