"Had not been there for a while since they remodeled it and the service and the food was really good for lunch yesterday. Created a keto type meal without the burrito in a bowl with shredded chicken onions, peppers, zucchini and other vegetables. Lots of flavor and used salsa, guacamole and sour cream to enhance it. "I went a few days ago to visit Blue Akai and it was a very pleasant experience, it has been completely renovated (it used to be Bluemoon) we went for sushi and we didn't know what to order, we ordered a sushi for two with some margaritas... the waiters are very friendly and most of them speak English and Spanish which is very good, they are very helpful in answering questions, helping you and giving you recommendations, especially the waitress Ana, Hollman the bartender prepares the best margaritas in the area and the manager Sara was also very attentive! If you go, ask for them and your experience will be much better! We are definitely planning to return!"

"Semi Decent food if the flies don't get to it first. Our cups of ice were dirty as well as the tables filled with cup ring stains. I wouldn't recommend or return again."

"Im not local but come to Englewood a couple times a year for work and always hit this place up. I saw some recent reviews that kinda broke my heart because I love this place, but I read the bad ones and they were kinda suspicious, mad about not getting served at closing (sounds like emotional drunks) and food poisoning that's still going 3 months later???? Idk man, you might have colitis. I'm having lunch here now, brisket and ground beef enchiladas with a couple margs, and the food, service, and atmosphere is just as good as always. Can't speak to the night life or whatever but if you want some delicious Mexican food and some drinks I highly recommend this place."
