"How lucky am I that a couple of months after I moved to Hillsdale, this patisserie opened?! I would and do recommend this place to absolutely everyone! When family/friends from far away come to visit, they make sure to pick up some pastries on their way in/out. I am, admittedly, a picky eater and was raised on French cuisine.. and I can genuinely say that all of the food I have tried from here is mouth-watering delicious and authentic. I come here at least once a week, often more frequently, and look forward to it every single time. During my recent pregnancy, I craved the ham and cheese croissant (try it!) almost daily. Today, my husband and I strolled our tiny (3-day old!) baby girl to the patisserie as her first official outing. All in all, I: (a) feel lucky to live so close to and to know this place, (b) absolutely love the food & hospitable atmosphere/owners, and (c) can confidently tell you that whatever you get, you will not be disappointed and will definitely become a regular like me!!"

"The most amazing freshest melt in your mouth buttery fluffy croissants just like in Paris, and also the best assortment of French pastries u can find. So happy we have our, very own true French cafe and Patisserie, I no longer need to drive to Balthazar! Did I mention birthday cakes to die for!"

"This cute Cafe is across from the Hillsdale train station so parking is a challenge. My wife got a plain croissant and a cold brew iced coffee and I got the almond croissant with almond filling and a hot coffee. It was all excellent and the total came to 17.03 cash. There is a fee to use credit card. My only complaint was that paying with a $20 got me $2.97, which although correct is inconvenient. It would have been better to get back $3.00."

"At the “soft opening” today, I had the freshest, most amazing almond croissant. The melty almond filling was stretched tip to tip. The crust was crisp but not dry, and the toasted almonds were crunchy. Tonight I shared a slice of flourless chocolate cake that was the most amazing texture, and beyond chocolatey. The macarons are delicate and gorgeous (great gifts)! I can’t wait to go to the café for lunch. I couldn’t be more excited a fine French bakery opened locally."
