"Manager is a piece of work. I bought redtop battery , 5 days ago, not installed still brand new, since I was junking the car so I took it back to return. Was told immediately batteries are non returnable because they electrical part. Asked to talk to manager, he refused to see me.. even tho it is up to the store discretion to accept a return. He didn't even want to look my way. They didn't even look at the battery , the part that gets me, when I went in the store I wanted to buy the cheapest smallest battery, that same manager was the one that upsold me the redtop, talking about 3 year warranty and that the cheap one might break in few months. So not only will they try upsell you, but the second you buy it, they won't honor no return"

"I bought new brake pads for my car and when I opened the box inside were used brake pads. When I try to return them they assumed I was scamming them. I will never do business with them again."

"Even with a computer in front of them the employees can't seem to get parts right. You'll be back again and again and again. They switch staff every 2 months. Don't go there! You've been warned!!"

"Great store. Was able to get the things I need no problem. Unlike the Baldwin store, that is a hit-or-miss store for me. Workers were uninterested in serving. I just turned around and left."
