"First and last time I will visit. I ordered ahead for just a coffee. Went inside and 2 people standing by the order ahead area. I waited close to 5 minutes. While I was there a driver from united rentals walked back in and said his drink tasted terrible. They made a new drink. I finally got my coffee and was walking out and another customer was returning with his large beverage and I had held the door for him. He said thank you for holding the door and this place is terrible. Parking was tight and only a few spots."
"The store seems to be on the newer side compared to other locations. The people that worked there are friendly and gave great customer service. The service was extremely fast and the iced coffee I received was made just the way I like it. The location offers a drive through which is fast paced. The service was also fast compared to other locations. Two thumbs up !"
"Staff are inattentive. Even though there are plenty of workers, you'll be waiting in a line by yourself waiting to order at the Baskin Robbins counter. It seems to be a typical Dunkin/Baskin Robbins thing no matter where you go. They have about 8 tables inside - three 2 seater, one 3 seater, two tables with for seats and a counter height table with 6 seats. You can actually see the pastries behind the glass front counter instead of it being hidden behind the staff like at most Dunkin Donuts layout. Order either at the touch screen kiosk or at the counter. Sugar are hidden behind the counter, so you'll have to ask. Napkins were hidden, but they are by the door. Music was slightly loud so you'll have to talk louder to hold a conversation. It's a bit cold inside since A.C. is blasting - great for those who like it cold."
"Very clean and professional staff. Kinda missed the old classic style in my opinion. Less tables now but wider area for lines. Bagels, donuts and muffins are in glass shelves now. Very mall centric style is the vibe I'm getting. Ordered an medium ice coffee sugar free hazelnut with cream and two splenda and an plain bagel with cream cheese. Coffee taste more original blend then Hazelnut idk and bagel was toasted light. Can't say about their drive thru because I ordered inside but I say the store look clean and professional but there is definitely room for improvement."
