"Very awful attitudes and slow service. I've ordered here multiple times and everytime is worse than the last. I'm never mean or nasty, in fact, I order over the app so I can assure that my food is done on time. But it's always 20 minute wait times for a coffee (with no one in the restaurant). I really wanted to give this place a chance because it's right next to my job but I just can't. If you order over the app they make you guess when your food is ready. I was told I should ask if my food is done and not just wait until they call my name, and then even when I do that they give me attitude because I'm being too pushy... i just don't know how to win. The last time I was here I had to reach over the counter to grab my food that was ready, the lady never called or said it was ready, it was just sitting there so I grabbed it. That probably explains why everyone's food is cold here. Multiple of my coworkers have been told that service is awful here, I should've listened."
"Service was absolutely horrible. The workers are so rude and messed up every single one of the coffees I asked for, and on top of it, made a rude comment about something that was asked for the coffee. All the coffee is definitely hours old too. Tasted disgusting! How does someone mess up easy coffees?Never coming back again and wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money on this location ever again! The Dunkin donuts right up the road that they shut down for this location was WAY better. Coffee, service and all."
"Slowest service I have ever encountered, I was given the wrong order. The older female server was very unfriendly. What a shame because it is much needed in our community and it's a lovely new place with a great location but unless they work on their customer service, I don't think they will be long for this world."
