"Haven't been to this location or any Chuck.E Cheese's in years since my oldest is a teenager. Everything has upgraded. Very clean and organized. The kids had a blast! My only concerned was that nobody checks people in or out of the establishment which is very dangerous. Any kid or toddler can just walk out or leave with anyone that is not their parent. My mother in law walked in and wasn't even stamped! We left and we weren't even properly checked out. And we waited and nobody came to check if we were stamped! I was at the J.C location last week and they were very attentive with that. And there is no excuse to say it was busy cause it wasn't. Management needs to be on top of their staff with that it is a cause for concern. The children's safety should be a top priority !!!"

"This morning we had our daughter’s birthday party at your North Bergen location. Not one single person warned us in advance about the excessive heat / due to AC not operating. Apparently there’s been an AC problem there for at least 4-months and they have “temporary” AC units which basically don’t work and it’s still incredibly hot and dangerous inside. Someone is going to eventually pass out and suffer a medical emergency if this place isn’t shut down immediately. I’m contacting the Mayors office and code enforcement immediately on Monday. The owners and management should be ashamed and embarrassed to operate like this. I’m contacting American Express tomorrow to dispute the charge on my card. Please fix this issue immediately or shutdown."

"Had a wonderful time here when working at a summer camp. The kids loved it! They offer a wide variety of games and things to do for kids of all ages. The place is clean and tidy, and staff are amazing! They make sure that all the kids are safe and have a great time. And, to top it all off, they brought Chuck E. Cheese himself to show to the kids and they were so happy! To anyone from management reading this, you guys are awesome, thank you for giving the kids and I am experience to remember! I reserved to have a birthday party and their attention to detail from party planning to hosting was on point. They ensured everyone and everything ran smoothly. We all had a great time.
