"I asked for Cheese Danish, Star bucks employee mentioned, they are out. However I can see they are available. When I asked another employee they mentioned that’s for tomorrow. Okay I got it, but what is the point if they can’t serve a single customers need. Have you ever heard term demand and supply. Thats how you stay in business. Does Employees can guarantee that all the cheese danish will be sold out tomorrow ? No . It might go to waste. I wonder how they run business like this. Starbucks, if you are not Careful you might go out business soon."

"I ordered 3 americanos (2 grandes 1 venti) and the bill came 24 dollars. I asked how 3 americanos is 24 bucks and the barista mumbled ‘its service fee’ asked to print a receipt and they tipped themselves 12 bucks. Banning Starbucks from now on I refuse to give my money and business to places where they train their employees to steal as a service fee. Very dissatisfied and disgusted they how they approach. Coffee def tastes great but not worth 24 bucks including self tips! Everyone please check your receipts when you purchase coffee from this site!"

"it is located near jsq station and only can find a lot of people in the morning, takes a while but the place is clean and also has indoor seating. there is nothing out of stock here, I haven't face that yet! the staff is polite and helpful. there used to be restroom there before and now they don't that is a bit disappointment because I used to sit there and work sometimes so it is necessary to have restroom because you will drink coffee obviously! so it is better if they get restroom back. everything else is good."

"The employees can tend to be very rude. They will just stand at the register and not even call the next person. Customer service at this location is very much lacking. What made it even worse is that everywhere I go for my free first responder coffee, they are very polite. At this location, they insisted on charging me for the 1 pump of caramel in my coffee. Seriously?! Overall they are conveniently located, and that's the only good thing I can say."
