"Andy's is a nice cozy place with a counter on one side and dining area on the other. The food is good and the portions are more than adequate. The prices are fair, too. The problem in the dining area is roaches. I saw roaches in December 2022 and again this December. I would have avoided the place after last year's experience but I was part of a large group and the place we wanted to go to was closed, so we gave Andy's a second chance. Roaches were scampering on the wall and table of a family of five in our group. One young girl had roaches crossing her plate of food. The service before then had been very good until the father brought it to their attention, yet they still charged him for the meal. He didn't want to make a scene so paid and they all departed. Roaches and the non-existent contrition to comp them the meal cost deducts from what's good about the place."
"Went with coworkers. Great service and good food. The grinch pancakes were fun."
"The food was quite good, the service was fast, and the coffee was ok enough to drink. Unfortunately, our breakfast was interrupted by a tiny swarm of roaches that started crawling up the wall, across the table, and even on the syrup bottle :( Attached is a photo of a particularly adventurous one that found its way to my stepmother's plate. We brought the infestation to the attention of a few employees who seemed somewhat unconcerned... we weren't necessarily expecting our meal to be completely comped, but it would have been nice to at least see something being done about the bugs!!"
"My husband, 2 year old, and I came for breakfast around 9 on a Thursday morning. I had the West Point Special (cheese omelet, bacon, home fries, toast), my husband had the Dootle Town omelet (3 egg omelet with grilled steak, onions, peppers, cheese) with home fries and toast. Our toddler had French Toast with strawberries and blueberries. All three of us loved our meals. Every bite was good. The service was pretty good as well. We would definitely come back here. A couple things to note, only sweet and low or sugar available for coffee so if you prefer other sweeteners you may want to bring your own (goes for unsweetened tea as well). Also parking directly in front is all metered with change only machines. You can find free parking up the road but you'll have to walk a bit to the restaurant from these spots. The whole area seemed a bit lost in time and was very nice, but the wifi was practically non existent :)"
