"Ordered for my office's Monday lunch. Took until 11:30am for the lunch menu to show up on the website - called to ask about this and the woman on the phone was not pleasant. Order was over 30 minutes late for delivery - also, they don't take AMEX. ' Food was subpar. No spice to the General Tso's or Kung Pow Chicken and Wonton soup was beyond salty. Only plus was the delivery driver was nice although he was lost."

"NEVER AGAIN. - ZERO stars Unfortunately, literally NOTHING about this place was good. I got the boneless spare ribs, which tasted just like meat with bottled BBQ sauce on it (not even teriyaki). Got pork egg foo young, the dish was mildly ok, but the sauce/gravy container (again, tasted like just gravy from a can or powdered) was MAYBE 1/3 full. Got the general tso's dinner combination. Did not come with fried rice or egg roll, nor was it extra spicy as promised. On top of ALL of this, when they took my credit card, they demanded all the numbers, including the security code, which is unnecessary. I might be keeping an extra close eye on my bank account for a while, or maybe just get a new card."

"I really wanted to try this place. So I literally just ordered here, and after being told that my order would take an hour and a half, it didn’t show up around the two hour mark. I called them, and the woman tells me they never even made it because it’s too busy and refunded me. Don’t waste my time taking an order then. So rude and terrible first time experience."

"Bought some food. But the customer service wasn't great. Asked for hot sauce, because it wasn't on the counter. I asked why - He said "Because most people in this area don't ask for it. Hmm. I am not sure what meant. But people of all race and colors live in Pearl River and everyone loves hot sauce. Put the hot sauce on the counter and stop being prejudiced against people. You are serving all races ."
