"The service managers communication and support was outstanding. Being able to schedule was simple and all times were made as promised. However, when my maintenance contract is over, I will never bring my truck back to you for service. The Labor charge that is used is out of control and honestly shocking for the work. I can’t even believe I went with it and not get the same job at a local Midas for $90. I want to bring my vehicles to you but you have pushed me away not me leaving you. I am always open for a call."
"DON’T go to this dealership. I’ve been to plenty, and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Been having the same issue with my jeep since I pulled off the lot with 38 miles on an 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they still have not fixed the problem in 6 visits to the dealership. And if you’re looking for a call back from anyone… good luck. I’m still waiting for a call back for 3 weeks now. The GM of Sales, Mark, is a clown. He “took over” overseeing my vehicle being fixed and doesn’t even know what is being done with it when asked. And that’s after I call 3 times to attempt to speak with him, because apparently he is always “with a customer”, aka trying to ignore a customer with an issue. The Service Manager, Alex, also useless. Knows nothing about service and also doesn’t even know what is being done with my vehicle when it is “being fixed” when asked. How do you manage a service department and not know what’s being done service wise on a vehicle. And also told me that the tech that worked on my vehicle the 3rd time, after I pulled off the lot and everything was “100% working and fixed”, meanwhile my whole left side lights on the vehicle (turn signal head light etc.) weren’t working, is “an idiot and doesn’t know what he’s doing.” Direct quote. Another one, “Alex is away from his desk can I take a message”. And never receive a call back. Meanwhile every time I’ve walked into this dealership he’s sitting at his desk. If it was possible to leave a 0 out of 100 stars that’s what would be left for this dealership and it’s customer service."
"Absolutely 0 communication. Called 4 times left 2 messages, never got a call back the entire time my vehicle was there. Had to resort to calling and asking for anyone because alberto my service manager was unreachable for 2 days. A lady ended up helping me, she said let me find out whats going on, called me back and said your car is ready for pick up, to my surprise i had no idea what was even wrong with it, if they even looked at it, was a road tested? so i said i’ll come pick it up right away, $90 uber to get there. made it there at 5pm on the dot 45 minutes before the cut off time. finally met alberto, he promised me its a common problem, the power steering goes out while your driving, all the lights flashing on the dashboard, he says yes its all caused by the bad battery. i said are you sure? did you road test it? he says yes he did. Hard to believe all these electrical malfunctions are caused by a bad battery but i took albertos word. the next step of the already terrible experience, it took exactly 54 minutes waiting for my vehicle to come out. alberto, his speciality, blame shifts it on the mechanic. this guy alberto is so untrustworthy its truly amazing. guy doesnt return phone calls, doesnt answer texts, promises me it was road tested, takes 54 minutes to pull out a car, attempts to take my invoice from me. and to top it all off he says “hook me up with a good survey” which made me think, like hes “hooked me up” this whole time? i usually dont even fill out surveys but this guy needs it. absolutely needs to be fixed. whoever reviews these surveys, take a look at your whole staff while your at it because no one except the nice lady wanted to help and just kept saying “talk to your service manager” yes i would love to do that, but i dont even know if they guy exists. so really, its the whole place not helping and not telling the all-star alberto to pick up the damn phone. so after alberto reassured me all my problems were due to…. a battery. my problems continue. same exact problems. some type of electrical problem it goes further beyond a battery. i bought my vehicle from this dealer ship, 2022 dodge ram bighorn, i had it serviced here. not only have i lost total faith in this location. i lost faith in the brand as well. i will never ever buy a dodge ever again in my life, i was warned by just about everyone i know in the industry and they are absolutely right. should have listened and got something else"
