"Terrible place and food will make you sick! Bartender is rude and inappropriate! Bartender kicked me and my partner out for kissing and yelled get a room! I’ve never been so disappointed and disrespectfed!"
"The bartender was not only rude but made a spectacle of himself. I was with a date and we shared a couple kisses. The bartender then loudly announced that “We should get a room”. Said that we were grabbing each others “Asses”. Wish that was true but it wasn’t. Then he proceeded to tell us to “ get the F out”. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Even if he is the owner, that type of behavior should keep EVERYONE away from this place. Someone without self control would have knocked his rude self out."
"This is the worst place to eat on Westwood. Typical dryed out bar food, disgusting shepherds pie. The Guinness pour is flat and sour. Eat at the Pizzaria around the corner first, then hold your nose a force down a Smithwicks here. Definitely avoid."
"Cozy bar restaurant! Lots of people at the bar at 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of photos and artwork celebrating Irish culture. Didn’t order Irish type food. Got the appetizer pretzel. Good sized for a few people to share and comes with mustard and a Guinness cheese sauce. Pretty good. Also ordered the Portabella Ciabatta. Comes with a side salad instead of fries and it still filled me up! Would highly recommend and return!"
"I'm going to give this place for stars despite the fact that the wings were pretty awful to the point that I didn't want to finish them. The bartender was exceptionally nice and personable, excellent beers on tap, wonderful ambience, and gentle pricing. I'll probably swing back sometime and try something else on the menu, obviously the wings are outside of their wheelhouse and to be recommended against. However it still seems like such a great spot, and if you want to treat it just as a watering hole, that might make it a 5 stars. If I swing back and try something else on the menu, I'll update my review to let you guys know how it was. Especially at the pricing, this is too overall nice a spot to let a disappointing dish ruin my impression of the place, odd though that may sound."
