"Messed up on my very first order. Sent glasses with one name on them and a different name on the matching accessories. Claimed they didn't have the original items that they showed in their own pictures which basically means to me that their pictures are fake. I emailed several times with no answer. Their automated response says they will be in touch within 24 hours but then they claim they close for some days and don't reach out. Now comes the part where I waste my time and gas to return the product, only to be told they aren't refunding because I opened a PayPal case. I didn't have a choice with the lack of communication in a timely matter. They can easily go into the case and refund to end all this madness but choose to ignore it. They told me to wait on PayPal response although they are holding the product."
