"I went there on Friday with my parents, we had their specialty, Lobster, fish and crabs, I noticed the fish wasn't super fresh, but it wasn't too bad , however, I got so sick, I couldn't get up until Sunday , it sent me to the bathroom and I thought I would have to go to the doctor. I know better than going to chain restaurants , but we were around that area and I don't know of any good restaurants in Secaucus ."

"This was by far the worst red lobster I’ve ever gone to and I’ve become a regular. This location had dirty tables, cold hard biscuits, spoiled mussels, spoiled garlic butter and flavorless crab legs. No one came and cleared our table. The wet wipe I was given was dried out! The machines to sign in and put my points and leave ratings were all shut off! They clearly don’t want to get in trouble for such poor service. The food wasn’t good, and they had one person serving all tables while the rest of the staff hung out conversing in the side. Avoid this red lobster location and go to another one."

"I was not pleased to be ignored for so long. TIP: when you’re busy or understaffed, a simple “Hi I’ll be with you soon” goes a long way. Additionally, when you get to the table, apologize and thank the people for their patience. That cost nothing and a reasonable individual will understand. Having an attitude for rest of MY experience is even worst. However, I’m not bad mind…. I still tip but experience is the greatest teacher."

"Went for lunch with my husband and our son. Hubby and me love seafood our son does not, it's okay as they have other options for our son and others that don't care for seafood. The waitress was very professional and very nice, checked on us often enough and did so without being annoying. The food was delicious. I had the two shrimp deal with coconut shrimp and shrimp in garlic Alfredo sauce, the Pina colada dipping sauce was delicious as was the shrimp Alfredo. Hubby ate the twin lobster tails and son had steak. Great food and atmosphere. Would recommend to all whether or not they like seafood."
