"All food was great. We had the 4 courses in the menu. The tartar tacos were amazing. The ceviche was great. The Lomo Saltado was superb. The cake for dessert was good but not great. The place is very well decorated and has a lot of hype. Alvaro, our server was excellent. The ambiance outside and inside is very good. Very recommended."

"I am peruvian, so I might be more critical that some when trying Jarana. Their anticucho de pollo and their anticuchos de pulpo were phenomenal. As well as their ceviche classic. Their rotisserie chicken was lacking flavor, I would not recommend. Their steak and fideos verdes was great, though the huancaína sauce lacked flavor. The trout was phenomenal. And you cannot miss dessert. Top dessert is the arroz con leche y masamora morada, followed by their picarones, and their helado de lucuma. I wanted to love the alfajor but it was too sweet/ wish the cookie was softer/ thicker. Overall will def be back, the interior was decorated beautifully and the people I brought are now in love with Peruvian cuisine."

"My family and I came to celebrate my Mother's birthday, and as Peruvians this was a highly anticipated meal! And while I can't say it was 100% authentic, it definitely didn't dissapoint!! We had reservations for 5 pm but we were actually able to be seated a bit earlier! We started off with a pisco maracuya and a pisco chicha morada, both very good! Then for starters, we got the aji de gallina empanadas: while not authentic to the taste of the aji de gallina I know, still tasty! Then the chicharon sliders: AMAZING, so crispy and meaty. Lastly we also shared the anticucho (beef heart specifically), which, while having a taste of authenticity, was lacking just a bit more flavor for me, but still delicious. My sister ordered the arroz aeropuerto, very good! Portion was generous and so tasty. My mother ordered the ceviche criollo, different but still good! And I ordered the arroz con chanchito, and while I am a bit unfamiliar to peruvian creole food, this was SO delicious, and again, that pork belly was perfect. For dessert we had, of course, the picarones, was amazed to see this on the menu as even most more ~homey peruvian restaurants never offer them! These were /the best/ taste just like the ones I had at the best place in Peru last month. We also had the lucma ice cream with a candle for my Mother's birthday wishes, can't go wrong with that flavor of course! All in all will definitely be back to try some more of their classic dishes!"

"A top choice if you need to choose from the plethora of eateries at American Dream. The Peruvian cuisine is solid however portion size and preparation can vary, so best ask your server to expand in the menu description. Cocktails are a bit hit or miss. Service is unfortunately inconsistent and transactional. The atmosphere is colorful, upbeat and dare I say Jumpin’!"

"This is first time trying Peruvian food, my oldest son want to try it, restaurant atmosphere and decor were great and nicely matching Pure culture. Our host was great and did his best to explain food on the menu. The food portion was generous, the food was nicely done but was quite salty, I guess the sauce they used was high salt content to our liking. Overall was positive experience but we did not find the WOW factor in the food that we missed. I must say their dessert was so good I will have it everyday see photos"
