"When trying to order over the phone the woman was yelling over me to the kitchen, talking to other customers, ringing other orders… I was put on hold several times. I went through the order again to be sure they had it when she returned to the line. The food arrived 50 minutes later COLD and as anticipated items I ordered were missing. When I called to alert them of the missing items there was no offer to correct, she just yelled “No! You didn’t order that!” Not sure if they are short staffed, or very busy but the whole experience was very scattered."
