"Cashier was brainless. I accidentally mispronounced something and she had began to giggle, first off that’s very rude. You don’t laugh in someone’s face. Secondly, she did not pass me my drinks and walked away, the were on the other side of the counter, I wasn’t going to reach over and grab them, that’s disrespectful. She came back and called the next customer and I go excuse me ma’am, to ask her to pass me my drinks and she said “what” I pointed down and she made a face. I asked her for the receipt and it was given to me with such attitude."

"I have been placing an same order throughout the week, and each time they are missing and item from my order, I told them and employees don’t care at all. Very disappointed by management and employees of this place. This franchise not only be losing me as a customer but other people would understand and will not have to face a problem like this! “DON’T GO THIS PLACE OR OREDER ANYTHING”"

"Just waited at counter for 5 minutes with no line. No greeting or order was taken the entire time I waited patiently. But 2 employees leaning on counter facing me on their cell phones standing next to each other. And 1 person walking back and forth taking inventory, but not one person greeted me or took my order. I guess standards just don't even exist anymore... If I stood on my cell phone for 5 minutes in front of a waiting customer, I'd be fired. If you're on your break, it's very poor taste to stand behind the counter at the register. Wouldn't want someone who doesn't pay attention to take my order anyways as it's just throwing money in the trash."
