"Okay so this review is mostly based on customer service on how they handle a traumatic experience I almost had with losing my phone in the store. Well first things first, this is a go to place for me when I want to shop for trendy affordable clothing. I’m a lady in my 20’s and they have nice selection of clothing especially for my age range. But anyways, after purchasing a blouse, I realized I misplaced my phone. The lady on the cash register was kind enough to use her own personal phone to call my phone as I frantically navigated throughout the store to find it and hear the ring tone. She even lower the music down on my behalf! She could had just called once, but she was really a sweetheart and still used her personal phone to call mines until I was able to navigate it. Eventually I found my phone on the floor underneath the rack where I purchase the blouse. Of course I felt so embarrassed for even making a commotion with losing my phone but at same time I was so bewildered on how kind the lady from the store was with me. I have so much gratitude :)"
