"The brand it self is good, but "Josh, the store manager" isn't helpful I used a gift card I got from a refund at the store, the cashier did the transaction took the money and then said there was no money on my card. I spent almost 2 hours at the store trying to get my money back, even customer service had to call him and he just didn't want to help. Josh has no clue what being a manager means! He was trying to kick me out the store without any solution."
