"This place was amazing! We had Pierce for a server and he was beyond excellent! He interacted with the whole family, we shared jokes and laughs, he was very prompt in everything he did, and he was pleasant as anyone could imagine. The food was phenomenal. We got sticky ribs, mac & cheese, roasted chicken, brisket, nachos with chicken, coleslaw, and cheese grits. Everything was delicious. I'm talking finger-licking-good! Check out the photos of the sticky ribs, Mac and cheese, and the other meats. They gave the kids a kids menu and crayons. The menu has little activities and coloring for them. "Went there on a whim, but the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. I LOVED their cornbread. Could fill up on that alone, but their meats were juicy and delicious, especially for the inexpensive price. Will definitely recommend it and go again if I'm in the area."

"Large portions and flavorful dishes. Weird sharing fee. I got the Uncle Dave which included ribs, pork, brisket, chicken and sausage. Everything was seasoned very well. My favorites were the ribs and pork. Least favorite wa the chicken. The Uncle Dave included two sides, I got the mac and cheese and beans. I wanted to split my dish with my partner but we were told that there would be a sharing fee. We ordered the candied yams to avoid the sharing fee, but weren't able to finish the sides. The idea of a sharing fee is weird and honestly didn't sit well with me. We were traveling far so we couldn't take any of the leftovers. Instead, we stuffed our faces and wasted some of the sides. Be prepared to have leftovers and plan accordingly. The food here is amazing and plentiful. The mac is super cheesy and tasty. I would definitely recommend the mac and cheese and ribs! The unique bbq sauce is hella addictive too! It's a perfect blend of sweet savory, vinegary goodness."
