"Be aware of this brand they are a total scam place. See my experience from the store in Netherlands below. Paris also does not take returns and customer service does not respond. Phone line is disconnected. ====== If I could give 0 stars I would. Be aware they scam you at this store. I purchased a $500 denim jacket (full price). Next day came to return as I tried it on at the hotel and it did not fit. They won’t refund. Manager clueless (see photo). They said it’s their policy not to accept returns or do refunds. This is not H&M or Zara or even high end like YSL or Chanel. All of those stores do returns / exchanges. The manger pointed me to a very tiny print on receipt in Deutch! Seriously?! There is a little sign on the register but who reads that plus it’s misleading. BE AWARE of these SCAM ARTISTS! Absolutely redic. Manager also said I am not the first person to be surprised - unbelievable! There are other reviews that say the same thing. Tried to contact customer support multiple times - phone disconnected no one responded to emails. Boycott this place!!!"

"Bought a jacket mainly pressured by salesgirl (who is no longer there) haven’t touched it since I bought and took a look at it and decided to call the store yesterday on April 19 2022 to see if I could exchange to another more my taste and liking since it might have exceeded the return/exchange period. Girl in store promised to call me back after she checks with her ‘boss’ never heard from her. Called the store same day multiple times and no one would pick up unless maybe they recognized my number and didn’t want to deal with it. Now I’m stuck with. $500 jacket I’ll never wear. Simply wanted to exchange not return! Madison Avenue store not good with customer service …salespeople shouldn’t pressure customers into thinking “this looks great on you!” I think the salesperson did it because not too many jackets on Madison Ave store size 44. I’m disappointed and won’t be going to that location again."
