The whole process is convoluted and customer-unfriendly. I was present for every second of the sales process, at no time was the return policy discussed, presented, or reviewed. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The experience was frustrating, and I feel let down by the lack of assistance and support. You go to Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, And my personal favorite Neiman Marcus, and you have great client experiences because you can make a decision to change your mind, at Anne Fontaine you cannot. But don’t worry, you’ll be treated with distain, and indifference by the management. Sadly, such beautiful product is tarnished with the mindset of a bargain basement."
