"I like the clothing. I just wish someone had told me you can only return for credit when I purchased. They also said, you'd have to shop in the store, not online... So, with my screaming baby with me, I quickly chose something else. I now have a small credit for around 25$ that I probably won't be able to use, so they'll keep it. It's not the money, but simply the principle. Why should they get an additional 25$ because I decided the dress was too low cut to wear to the event? Or else they'll just ensure I spend more money there to use the credit. The sales associate was also a bit rude about it - "well you do know that..." No, I didn't know, because I'm a new customer. It just seems pretty petty and difficult to reconcile for a rather high end boutique. There are plenty of other places to shop on Madison."
"Went to shop and was pretty exited , my husband was seating while I was going through the racks. The sales person there today was on me like a hawk, everytime I was moving a hanger to look at a dress she would go literally nearly touching me to straight it back . This was unfriendly. Rude and very uncomfortable. Best to shop online !"
