"This place is unfortunately a disgusting ripoff to our community. They take advantage of the elderly when making contracts. My mother in law purchased from this location and was taken advantage of by the sales rep. After she went multiple times due to the facts she didn’t understand why the sofa were priced more then what was quoted to her. She felt helpless and came to us to help with the company. I contacted Angel when talking to him trying to rectify the situation I was told if I bring cash for the original remaining balance. Adding all the payments made and subtracting that from the original balance what I had to pay compared to the actual price was a difference of 1 payment. The pricing didn’t match up blaming it on the supervisor. Theresa who was helping me at the front desk was apologizing because even she was aware that the payments I made and the price they Angel her manager was requesting wasn’t adding up. It’s the lack of integrity for me. This location may be in the Bronx but not everyone from the Bronx is ghetto and they do not want to be taken advantage of by their local stores. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION."

"They deserve no star at this location. I requested they pick up the merchandise on August 2023. As per their customer service rep they didn’t have the man-power. So they continued to charge my account and went into my aunts account and charged her to. This is not okay and it is their fault that they was not able to pick up this merchandise. They charged $170.27 from my account and then they took another $170.27 from my aunts house. This is fraud and they will be reported n the money has to be returned"

"Never experience you people gave me the WORST run a round gave ALL THE INFORMATION THAT WAS ASKED AND I MEAN EVERYTHING TOOK MY MONEY WORST PART DIDNT GET MY FIRST MONTH PAYMENT BACK if I remember correctly it was in the amount of $69.00!!! Plus didn’t get no furniture so that the my first and last time!!! WORST EXPERIENCE THE RENT A CENTER IN BRONX AREA!! Please beware!!! I wish I could rap give you people zero stars you the definition of WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER WAS WORSE THAN THE OTHER SUPPOSE TO HELP PEOPLE! So yeah that must definitely TOOK MY MONEY THAT NEEDED IT WAS MORE THAN ME!!!
