"I know it’s hard to stay motivated to scoop tacos for $8 an hour but can you at least be polite when you refuse to do your job and waste everybody’s time. I hope you all get replaced by robots."

"This is BY FAR the worst chipotle location. Top 3 worst experiences in the past month. 1. 8/27 - Ran out of sour cream in the main line. I asked if they can get some from the online orders station. They said NO. 2. 9/4 - ran out of cheese on the main line and online station. Asked mgr if they substitute with some queso at no charge. Answer was NO. Manager is the worst. 3. 9/9 - Walked in 8:45pm (closing time is 10pm). Chairs were up and main line was all cleaned up and not one ingredient out. I asked for a bowl and they said online orders only. I was right there and they said rudely, only online orders. Online orders cost 40% more. This location needs to revamp!"

"Store manager Luciano was extremely rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe Chipotle has this kind of person on their team. I thought store managers should be punctual, reliable, and respectful to everyone. I’ll never return, and I suggest you stay away from this Chipotle"

"I ate there today around 4pm. The restaurant was filthy. The meat was cold. The guacamole was brown. I ordered tacos and asked for fresh meat. He still gave me the cold, dry chicken that was sitting in the container for who knows how long. I ate 1 taco...because I had not eaten all day and was starving. I looked at the other 2 and was disgusted so I threw them away. The guy making the taco and the cashier stopped to talk and "pound" some guy that was leaving. HELLO.....what happened to focusing on the customer??!!. I would not visit this establishment again. If I lived closer I would have returned for a refund."

"I used the mobile order and was able to pick up my order exactly the same time (big thumb up)! A very nice and clean place in a brand new developed shopping plaza (the newest buying g development area in the Bergen county). I highly recommend this place and definitely will be back to revisit."
