"The coffee was fine, but that particular shop could be a lot cleaner!"
"I went to this store early around 6am. Parked, I could see 2 employees in the back from the side window. After entering I waited almost 5 minutes before leaving in frustration. It's worth noting that one of them noticed me leave and did nothing. I went somewhere else. It gets worse. Left store this morning 11-28-23. Aggravated. The usual dealing with the counter person who can't get my order right. The only competent person in the store works the back. She occasionally corrects the person at the front so I don't get overcharged. This morning I was told that my payment did not go through. He wanted to charge me again. I reviewed my payment. I was charged someone else's order that was more. There are 3 other dunkin donuts in fair lawn, a Starbucks and a cozy corner. Why would I ever go back."
"This particular branch of Dunkin' Donuts is really really terrible.. I understand it's Dunkin' Donuts but they almost always get my order wrong in some way and the store is never ever clean.."
"No drive-thru, although there seems to be a drive-thru window on the side of the building. The cashier was nice but understaffed. One of the workers was pretty unfriendly and didn't seem to care much about customer service."
"Understaffed , drive through is closed. Place is dirty. Workers do t care about anything. Expect to wait 39 to 49 minutes for your order to be complete on a slow day. Smells inside as well."
