Starbucks

"I took a gamble and lost when I got the potato chive and cheddar bakes. I didn't read the in depth ingredients and instead trusted the summary description and bit into raw red onion, which I have a minor allergy to so now my mouth feels like I bit a pin cushion. But the service is great, they're very quick and efficient. Unfortunately many people just never show up to pick up their order so they'll have about twenty or so orders just sitting on the counter, waiting and you have to be quick to pick up or sort through for your stuff when you get there. Personally I just order outside or when I am getting gas at the nearby Costco and as soon as I hit purchase and walk in, its ready in under five minutes and I go where I need to. I don't come here often, I'm not much of a Starbucks person but once in awhile I like to treat myself with a nice breakfast and coffee."

"Worst Starbucks experience. I understand people make mistakes but to be rude knowing you made a mistake and flipping it on the customer not taking accountability is completely different. The middle eastern male worker in the front around 1:50pm today when I picked up my online order that I ordered 4 min beforehand and actually came in 3 min before it said it was going to be ready. I got my stuff and realized as I walked out my wrap was extremely cold and was never cooked. They forgot to heat it. People make mistakes so I went back in and said it was ice cold and he said well when things been sitting……what??? It wasn’t even cooked at all. And I came in early so to make a statement like that is bizarre. He didn’t even look at it. And when they heated the same gross one up and gave it back to me he didn’t even say sorry for that or nothing. Worst location. Do better."

"I have been to this Starbucks several times and they have never not once gotten my drink order correctly. Today I went into the cafe and ordered an iced London Fog tea latte (my regular order), and they were unable to successfully make it - again. I know that it is not as straightforward as an iced coffee, but if it is on their menu, the baristas should know how to make it. When it was handed to me today, it was warm (not iced) and did not have the vanilla syrup that is supposed to come standard in it. When I asked for a cup of ice and vanilla syrup so that I could fix it myself without having them remake it, the baristas seemed annoyed that I even asked. If this were a one time occurrence, I would let it go, but this happens every time I go to this particular store."

"The worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. Not only are most their items on the menu ALWAYS sold out, but they are not even busy most of the time and they mess up my drinks and/or make them very bland or incorrectly. They also take forever."

"Again with the long wait at a Starbucks when there is no body in the store. I am easy with a dopio espresso which says 80 cents per shot on the menu, get charged $2.40, but whatever. I guess Starbucks has a fancy way of charging you like the way they like you to order your drinks. I get up keeping a.of my things on the the table to come back to a whole family sitting at my table..I guess what I left on the table was not enough. I tried to communicate with them, but apparently they did not speak English. So overall not a good experience at this Starbucks. To top things off, this is the worst flow of traffic I have ever seen at a strip mall in NJ."
