Instead of the veg I explicitly ordered, I was served a plate of chicken Szechuan triple fried rice. Yes, you read that correctly – chicken Szechuan fried rice. This wouldn't be a big deal for most, but for someone like me who follows a vegetarian lifestyle due to deeply-held cultural beliefs, it's an absolute slap in the face. As if the culinary catastrophe wasn't enough, the staff's complete lack of empathy and understanding left me speechless. When I pointed out the mix-up and explained that I am vegetarian by caste and do not eat meat, the response I received was a mere shrug and a muttered apology. It's clear that customer satisfaction and basic human respect mean nothing to the people running this establishment. I urge everyone to steer clear of Curry On restaurant. Their inability to comprehend dietary preferences and their disregard for their customers' values is astounding. This place is a shameful representation of the restaurant industry and a testament to how not to treat patrons. Spare yourself the disappointment and frustration – dine elsewhere. There are countless other restaurants in Jersey City that deserve your time and money far more than this pitiful excuse for a dining establishment."
