"Love the customer service here. This shop is the only Starbucks that has dark roast coffee in the middle of the day. If I get coffee I should be able to get the dark roast at any time of day. Thanks to the woman working at 1pm on January 9th alone in the store.."

"Today did it! The staff has to attend a MANDATORY TRAINING on customer service. There is no way that one cashier is at the register attending to an elderly woman as if that is one to one care. This is not a home health care establishment. It is food service. When you have a customer that is time consuming kindly pull them to the side and get an attendant that is available come out while a cashier at the front take orders and moves the crowd. It is not insensitive it is professional. Sadly, the same person that the cashier took her time with would most likely not reciprocate the same patience. Overall, the bad service overshadows the couple of employees at that Starbucks that are effective and efficient while giving great customer service."

"Starbucks is a great place I recommend Starbucks for anybody who likes cloth me or would just like to go sit in the atmosphere and get a piece of mind it's quiet it's nice they let you sit there relaxed you can use your computer their food is extremely good it is high-priced but you get what you pay for I'd recommend Starbucks over any fast coffee shop that I know unless you are going to a family-owned coffee shop there is no better choice for fast coffee in my opinion"

"There is a girl that works there with red weave, short and slim in body she is extremely rude I requested for her to not heat my item three times and she still tried to heat it, her whole disposition was an attitude and her manager on duty backed her as it both of them were getting ready to throw hands, most ghetto sift I ever experienced going there I won’t be going back they are extremely rude. Starbucks please get rid of these bad apples. Wednesday at 5:20 p.m"

"A pretty average to good Starbucks in terms of quality, but I always seem to have issues ordering ahead. I place mobile orders around 10 minutes ahead so I won't have to wait when I arrive, but frequently when I arrive my order hasn't been started and it seems like the baristas aren't even aware an order has been placed. Since this location is in a train station and I'm usually trying to make a train or not lose time on my commute, it's pretty frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of the mobile app. If you're in a hurry, it might not be the best option for you."
