"I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many. I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products."

"To walk into a Dunkin at this time in the world with them being so busy and the people at the register remember you and have your order already ready is astonishing! Love the staff here from the person taking my order (majority of the time it's Ranjin), to the order cook making my snackies! They're all rockstars because they are efficient and to remember my order which is difficult with all the many orders you go through is a gift!"

"No nitro brew even tho they advertise it . They don’t listen to ur order then tell u that’s not what u said . ( this is for the morning weekday crew) I know the later crew is way better"

"Great looking Dunkin’ Donuts, great location. Horrible management. I’ve been here twice first time I ordered a Charlie and what I got was not a Charlie to say the least. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato, I waited over 15 minutes to get my drink, after multiple customers whom came after me got their cold drinks before me, I asked one of the workers or manager in the front about my order and they basically told me to wait. Customer service and Training needs improvement for sure."

"This is one of the first Dunkins to provide the mobile pick up and new layout. It’s a roomy dunkin with excellent parking for quick in and out. The Baskin Robbins as with any location has to be the worst ice cream ever, the ice cream always has a weird taste like it’s been in the fridge for ages. The cakes are good for quick last minute need."
