Dunkin'

"Since it is only a two-minute walk away, I frequently visited this Dunkin' Donuts store many times a week. However, I have since discovered that they have been acting racistly towards their customers and using foul language behind their backs in bengali lang. It would be beneficial to run this firm smoothly by changing the entire team. Those two male employees are very rude to browns and blacks, and will only behave nice if its a female customer. Every customer should be welcomed by the employees with a smile, and they should treat everyone fairly and with respect. And in regards to my order, while it's not always wrong, it is frequently wrong. They believe that if I request coconut milk, they would simply provide whole milk, and I won't be able to tell the difference. They are mistaken! I strongly urge all the customers who feel the same please take extra steps to walk 2 more blocks and grab your coffee near police station where they'll treat you with utmost respect and make you feel comfortable and get your order right 99.99%"

"I go with a friend everyday during work and they get her mobile order wrong everyday. I order mine in store and never had a problem. Yesterday I did the mobile order and it was wrong. It wasn't a complicated order. It was medium hot coffee with milk. I got black coffee."

"As someone that used to work in the fast food industry I try to be understanding of our workers, but it’s always a bad experience every time I go in here. They’ve gotten my order wrong more than once (it’s always that one lady that messes up my order) and when I KINDLY try and confront them about it they refuse to take accountability and they refuse to make it right. If I want it done right, I have to pay again. Now why do I have to pay for your mistake? Terrible service. You better hope they get your order right, otherwise they don’t care."
