"Burnt my bagel didn’t make my order the right way got my order wrong so slow all they do is talk and not work and after 15 minutes of waiting for my order to come out they ask me what I’m waiting for then I told them then they rush it my cold brew is so spicy when I specifically asked for cream and sugar in it and I got a cookie butter cold brew they gave me a normal cold brew that tastes horrible will not be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts horrible experience I do not recommend."

"I've been coming to this location for years but that changes today. I ordered the loaded hash browns and found a bug in it. Also the wait time is crazy, they had like 5 people working but all they were doing was talking to each other and doing nothing. Seems like when they got new workers everything changed there."
