"Went in this afternoon and placed a mobile order for coffee and a donut. Took a minute to get it but that’s okay. I waited until I got into my car to sip my coffee and wow it was dangerously hot. I immediately spit it out, in my car… not great. It was in my mouth just seconds and the scalding heat burned my entire mouth. I ordered my coffee with extra milk but not even that cooled it down to a reasonable temperature. This place is dangerous!!!!"

"I don't know how employees catch attitudes to customers but management either retrains them or hire new people who will do a decent job at taking orders. Do better it'll help A LOT!"

"After paying for my coffee with my CC I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes they told me they don't have my order. I spoke to the person who took my order but he claimed he doesn't remember me... I couldn't believe it. I called the manager, and he demanded to see a receipt. I told him I didn't get a receipt because it was just 1 cup of coffee. I had to log in to my credit card account and show the pending charge for proof. At that point I demanded my money to be refunded. If I wasn't understanding like many people and be respectful this wouldn't have happened. I'm not going to go there anymore because I'm just not that kind of person. They deserve Karen's and Kevin's."
