"Ordered items for pick up. By the end of the day I received an email that order was ready, and ANOTHER email that said "item in your order is successfully canceled." I called to ask why an order (and the most important product) was "successfully canceled" and a very curt lady told me they cancel anything they don't have on the same day. They don't hold, they don't extend the time to the next day for restock. They just cancel it and claim that your order is "ready " (on the website it said in stock which is why I ordered it in store) I expressed that it would have been preferred if I could pick up the full order when they had it rather than cancelling it without my consent. She hung up on me. One minute later I received a third email: "your full order is successfully canceled." I like to support brick and mortar but I guess I'm ordering from Amazon from now on. The pick up option is a flawed system but even worse was the human interaction."

"Recently bought some white laminate shelves from Rubbermaid. asked the cashier if I can have it cut after paying. Yes sure. Heading to the cutting table, a guy 7 ft. tall standing at the saw telling me, uh uh, only raw wood can be cut. I tell him Sir can u pls do me a favor and cut it to size, I paid for this stuff anyway and ill tip you nicely too. "ain't gonna happen little boy". For reference, I happen to be Jewish (quite visibly). Why? just why."

"Safety hazard in this store! It is really hard and NOT safe to walk around the shelves, they left the forklifts and heavy materials on the way. Some staff are nice and some of them are not at all! It took forever to find someone to help us to cut the woods( it is a free service). Not recommended at all."
