"Eternally grateful to my bridal consultant Allie and her manager! Came here after already having one dress but feeling like I’ve eyed some of the BHLDN dresses for awhile I should just go for it. I’m so glad I did! I picked out the ones I favorited online and Allie encouraged me to try a couple unexpected ones. My first dress (the one I wanted to look at for months) turned out to be the one. Unfortunately for me they did not have my size in stock, online and the waitlist was closed. Allie and the manager worked things out and I took home the sample in new condition. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so appreciative to the team for going above and beyond. Thank you!"

I had just come from an awful experience at Jenny Yoo and they turned the day around! The care and attention these girls give the bride to be is exceptional. "Wow, I could not have had a better experience with the women working at this store. I went in looking for an emergency last minute wedding dress (getting married in 1 week!) as I hated the alterations done to my wedding dress I bought at a bridal boutique. All the women rallied around me to help me find the right dress and make sure I’d have something in time and that I’d love. I had no friends or family with me as I just flew in from Australia and all four stayed to give me their opinion on each dress and helped me pick out the perfect dress and earrings. They absolutely did not need to do this and I am so grateful. I’ve never had that kind of service, including at the high end boutique I bought my original dress from.
