"Dont waste your time. This must be a drive thru only location because I waited for 10 minutes to be served and nobody came over to the register. There were 2 workers one taking orders for the drive thru and another making the food. I said excuse me numerous times and no one answered. I just walked out. Hire more people !"

"Disrespectful staff memember early in the morning! Dunkin in south st opens at 6am, and at times I have to order through the drive thru because they refuse to open. That's ridiculous! Find people who want to work!"

"Customer service was horrible. I will never come here again. The manager was very rude and nasty towards me. He closed the drive thru window on me after telling me that I got my order wrong. Told me to call the customer service phone number and to ask them to apply my rewards because he “can’t help me.” Again, it’s my fault, not his. He literally proceeded to close the window on me. So rude. Out of all the years I’ve been going to Dunkin, to see a manager treat a customer like this is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate, because this should not happen to other customers."

"Went there for breakfast and accidentally drove past the order screen right up to the window. There was literally no one in front of or behind me. Woman at the window yells at me that I can't order a sandwich and I "always forget" to stop at the window. This was literally my third time driving through there, ever. She gave me attitude all through the process of placing my order, which was just a black coffee (omg so difficult), and then scowled as she handed me back my card. I pointed out I may not be who she was thinking of so she scowled more and tried to keep arguing with me, again with literally still no one else in line behind me. I told her that I would not be returning and she waved me off saying "fine," so yeah I do not recommend. Morning drive thru window attendant is grumpy and argumentative over minor things and does not care about the impact her attitude has on others."

"Place an order to be delivered next morning at 8.15am by Grubhub At 9am was still not delivered got a message saying that it canceled because they didn’t have one of the item that was ordered They could’ve called and ask if I wanted to substitute for another thing or just send the 2 other items Called them after cancelation they never picked up the call Worst Dunkin service ever !"
