"Very bad experience!!! If you can't find the right size you want, don't ask them to order for you!! Terribly hard to deal with!!! When I visited this store, I would like to buy a pair of pants, they don't have the size and they ordered from their system to deliver to my home. But when I receive it, the size is still not right, so I have to request an exchange. When I call them, they said I have to come to store to exchange (which they don't have the right size at all, I don't know why they want me to do so.) Then we agree to return this one, and I will place a new order on my own, so I request them to send me the return label. It should very simple. But I called and talked with the sales associate two times, they said they a re busy at the moment and promise me to send me the label at the end of the day, but I had nothing. I really don't like this complicated service without trust-worth. If I call company customer service line, they can't do anything. Why this store makes customer so hard??? Do you only want your sales but not a right service???"

"Called to check for one item they said they have it, came here they couldn’t find it. Didn’t offer us water or anything while we wait. Sent me to Meatpacking location but didn’t call them in advance. Wacky service but honestly I love their clothing and had a great time later that day at the other location."

"I LOVE this Alice and Olivia. They are EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. Alex knows my style, and taste and body type. She takes all of this into account, and always has awesome items for me to try. She also is so gifted at coming up with entire outfits with shoes and accessories to match, that I wouldn't be capable of coming up with myself. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else but to the Soho store for Alice + Olivia products :)"
